The kid can use magic, like so easily? So that means that "Rumple no Rumple" is Gabe's father...? XD

Reply Takeshre, September 22nd, 2015, 5:17 pm

@Guest: Or (and I'm just guessing here) he has a mother who, I dunno, not only was naturally adept at the craft, but is also teaching magic at this very moment?

Reply GreiFox, September 22nd, 2015, 6:51 pm

@Takeshre: Let us dream. Rumple is probably the better option than King Jerk face.

Uh oh. I sense a scolding coming that Chris is going to regret.

Reply Guest, September 22nd, 2015, 5:19 pm

Ooh Gabe, you in trouble now...

Reply King_Kindred, September 22nd, 2015, 8:44 pm

I want a kid just like Gabe.

Hey, H0ly, remember what I said back then in Mokepon about how glad I was that you did not sexualize the females? Well now you have proven me wrong no less than three times, and one of those was with the same freaking character I complimented. Just wanted to point that out.

Reply H0lyhandgrenade, September 24th, 2015, 8:39 am

@Broktus: I don't think I have, or at the very least, I've never sexualized women more than I have men. This panel I sure don't consider sexualising at all; A boy did something to raise a girl's skirt, and I sure ain't condoning it. I'm a girl myself and I know firsthand that this is something that happens to us, and it's a real dick move.

I'd like to know where you feel I've been out of line in Mokepon. This whole topic is a point I feel strongly about, so I hope you get back to me.

@H0lyhandgrenade: When you point out that you haven't sexualized women more than men, you have a point.Sure there is mean-tit-lady-queen-of-someplace from Rumple, but you also had a Gym leader who never wore a shirt in Mokepon. And with Mokepon's Gabe and what's-her-face, they both were the same, so you got me there.
As for things actually happening... I've never actually seen anyone flip a girl's skirt, so I just assumed it was a fictional thing that male authors wrote. I've seen pantsing, but that was always done to guys. But you are having Christ scold Gabe, which gives your view on the matter- and thank you for not actually showing anything.
Beyond all that, my main issue is cleavage, most noticeable with mean-tit-lady but other character's like Laika and Gabe's girl(I honestly cannot remember her name). That is a real thing, I did not expect a female author to include these elements in their story, so I'm sitting here confused so I complaining on it to see if I can figure you girls out.

@Guest: I don't get what your poorly written gripes are. There is no overt sexualization going on in either webcomic. There might be cleavage, but it's pretty rare. I think it's a realistic amount, considering the varying chest size amongst women.

Some silly "pantsing" incident isn't overt sexualization, either. I'm a girl and I've been pantsed. It happens. It's shitty, but it's not like it's even being condoned in comic.

Reply Broktus (Guest), September 26th, 2015, 12:11 pm

@Guest: Ok, that clears things up for me. I'll stop complaining now.

Reply Guest, September 28th, 2015, 5:50 pm

@Guest: I'm a girl. I wear low-cut shirts a lot. Lots of women choose to show cleavage for one reason or another. If I were to draw a comic and show a variety of women, some of them would probably be showing cleavage. Not sure what being a female author has to do with it.

Not Not sexualized at all. You don't see any body parts with that upskirt. Oh sorry that upper thigh is too much!!

Reply Guest, September 29th, 2015, 12:12 pm

as far as the joke goes I'm pretty sure it is technically a fart joke in Gabe's mind.

@Guest: That's what I thought, too.
